My name is Rochelle Rollins, Chairman of the Illustrious Quettes of Toledo, Ohio. We are elated to host you for the 84rd Fourth District Meeting in Toledo, Ohio - affectionately known as "The Glass City."

In great excitement and anticipation of your arrival, the committee has been working diligently to bring you an experience that you will never forget. You will be immersed with Cincinnati’s finest treats and personalized service to meet your needs.

Beyond the enchanting experiences and fantastic fellowship with wives and significant others, we hope you find time to explore the remarkable sights and points of interest in our city.
