Dear Brothers, Family and Friends,
On behalf of the 36th Fourth District Representative of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Brother Michael West, and the Brothers of Beta Iota, Tau Xi, and Psi Theta, we extend a personal invitation to you to become a vendor at our 83rd Annual Fourth District Meeting. The meeting will be held April 4 – April 7, 2024 at Delta By Marriott Hotel in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The Fourth District meeting consists of 34 Chapters and over 3,000 scholarly men dedicated to serving their communities and creating positive change. The purpose of the District meeting is to provide guidance to each chapter in the execution of social action initiatives and community service projects throughout Ohio and West Virginia. Representatives from throughout the district will gather in Cincinnati, Ohio in an effort to establish collective insights and ideas that will provide a powerful and positive impact on our respective communities.
We are inviting you to connect with our membership as a participating vendor. As you know, vendors, along with the quality and relevance of their merchandise, products, and services, play a significant role in the success of any conference or event. You will be able to build relationships and launch new products and services. In addition, our event is a great opportunity for you to share your products and/or services with hundreds of participants, who will participate on site.

Event dates: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Sunday, April 4, 2024 - April 7, 2024
Expected attendance: We are expecting over 400 attendees, including Omega Men and our guests, aged 18 and over.
The local area features a dense population of Divine Nine Chapters and several undergraduate and graduate universities. We believe this opportunity for customer traffic and exposure is invaluable for vendors serving this demographic.
Site Set Up: Each vendor will be provided up to one (1) table at a cost of $165.00, and will be responsible for discarding their trash, keeping their area neat, and facilitating easy egress for guests down each aisle. Additional tables are available upon request at a rate of $110 each.
