"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity. Greetings my Brothers, Quettes, and friends of the Mighty Fourth District, the home of Brigadier General Charles Young, the 1953 Grand Conclave in Cincinnati, Oh, the 1994 Grand Conclave in Cleveland, Ohio and the home of the 360 Ques! I greet you in the name of Jesus The Christ our Lord and Savior. I enthusiastically invite all you to join us at our 83rd Annual District Meeting April 4 - April 7, 2024. Hosted by Beta Iota, Psi Theta and Tau Xi Chapters who are eagerly anticipating your arrival to greet and welcome you all. The host chapters and Executive board are ready to provide outstanding reports, informational events and various activities for the brotherhood, Quettes and the community.

Additionally, we will optimize the opportunity to fellowship with our local elected leaders, sponsor & partner organizations as well as leaders representing the Divine Nine. We expect members of the Supreme Council, International Headquarters Staff, Visiting Brothers from other Districts, and other Special Guests to join us.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Brother Christopher Shropshire, the 2024 District Marshal, and his District Planning Committee for the outstanding work that is happening during the planning stage.

I look forward to a professional, informative, and festive 83rd District meeting with brothers throughout the Fourth District, Omega, and with our communities that we serve.

Brothers,
On behalf of the Brothers of Beta Iota Chapter, we are excited and await your arrival at our 83rd Fourth District Meeting in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 4th-April 7th, 2024. We will be your host chapter for you and your families. Please register so that you can reap all the benefits for attending the meeting, D9 Public Meeting, STEM event, Talent Hunt, Step Show, and other social activities. I welcome you to our 83rd Fourth District Meeting as your District Marshal. Greetings to the Brothers, 36th District Representative Michael West, Members of the Fourth District Executive Committee, Quettes, Chapter Delegates and Representatives of the Community, Friends, Guests and Mighty Men of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. I bring you greetings on behalf of the District Planning Committee of the Beta Iota “S.T.A.R.” Chapter.

I would also like to congratulate all scholarship winners and Talent Hunt participants as well. To our corporate sponsors, we would like to thank you for your continued support to help us to conduct a successful District Meeting.
